Four bedroom villa with private pool to rent in a quiet residential street in Cala D'Or centre, Mallorca. It enjoys a great location only 190 metres from Cala D'Or sandy cove and 170 metres to restaurants, cafeterias, shops and night-life. Two storey villa. On the ground floor there is an spacious open living/dining room with access to the covered terrace. By the dining area is the kitchen also with access to the outside. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two twins, a shower room and a guest toilet. The master bedroom with a double bed has an en suite shower room. Outside steps lead up from the rear terrace to the fourth bedoom with twin beds, en suite shower room and access to a roof terrace. NB. Walls on the roof terrace are vey low, therefore children should not access to this roof terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable. 18:00h - 06:00h
