Need-to-know information for guests at this property

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left in the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
