Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The villa has the privilege of being close to two of the best padel clubs in the world. They are the Nueva Alcantara Club and the Real Club Padel Marbella. The property is located a few steps from the Paseo Marittimo of San Pedro where you will find traditional and new seafood restaurants. The Nuevo Reino which is the first chiringuito in the history of Spain is a few steps away.
