Beautiful villa with private pool located in the countryside next to Alaró, in Mallorca. There is a large and lovely terrace with a private pool and living and dining area, a barbeque and a large garden. The hall is open to the large dining and living room. There is a big and comfortable kitchen on the left, and a bedroom with a bathroom en suite on the right. There are a bedroom and a bathroom next to this suite, facing the back of the back of the property, where the pool is. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with bathroom en suite, and one with a large dressing room. Downstairs there are a large living room and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in the living and dining room and in one of the bedrooms. Very private and quiet and set almost in the centre of Mallorca. Smoking is allowed outdoors Please note that a local tourist tax is applicable to all stays, as required by local regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Alaró is a very clean and tidy town, set a few kilometers away from the highway that crosses the island from North to South. It is a no touristic place, so it isn’t crowded, but there is live and activity. There are some excellent restaurants and picturesque streets full of beautiful ancient houses. It’s almost on the center of the island, so communication by car is very easy. It is about twenty minutes away from Palma and the airport.
