Property information

Villa Romero Renovated has an unbeatable location, just a ten minute drive to Ibiza town and a ten minute walk to the town of Sant Rafael. In addition you will enjoy panoramic views of the sea and the city of Ibiza. You will enjoy the swimming pool in the patio-garden and your own private tennis court. The spacious villa, with 260 m², offers rooms with intimate private space all of which are air conditioned. Two rooms are on the upper floor and have en-suite bathrooms. The other room is located on the ground floor and has en-suite bathrooms. The villa has a large air-conditioned living room with direct access to the patio-garden where you'll find beautiful views. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry space with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in a residential area only ten minutes by foot from the town of Sant Rafael where you can enjoy good restaurants such as the famous Can Pilot Restaurant, Es Tancó. The town also has a supermarket and access to public transportation. There are two famous clubs nearby, Privilege and Amnesia if you wish to enjoy Ibiza's famous nightlife, though the Villa is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood so you won't be disturbed at home by party-goers.
