The villa “Sa Oreneta” integrates perfectly in this environment, the terraces, the emplacement of the barbecue and the nice pool are overlooking the countryside that transmits that special calmness and authenticity that the entire area breathes. It can be said that this house is particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy their holiday home to the fullest. Here you will find a wide variety of outdoor spaces, each with its own unique atmosphere and beautiful views. The house itself offers solid comfort that combines the practical with the decorative, making it an ideal accommodation for families. It has a very complete equipment. Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room is also air conditioned. Not only are there a dishwasher and a washing machine, but the house also has a dryer. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds, ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, and air conditioning. Both have access to a terrace with a wonderful view over the part of the garden and, as we have already explained, the surrounding nature. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with separate beds that share a bathroom with shower and bidet. One is air-conditioned, the other has direct access to a terrace. The structure of the house, built on several levels and with several staircases, is part of its charm, but it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.

There are no hotels, no traffic, you will find small streets and alleys, twisting and turning and forming an almost labyrinthine pattern, villas, houses, apartments, almost all of them painted in the typical Menorcan white colour, buildings of different styles, but each one charming in its own way, forming a set that could be a symbol of the ideal vacation. The famous "Camí de Cavalls" crosses the Addaia urbanization and gives the possibility of fantastic excursions on foot or by bicycle.
