Welcome to the Beautiful Mar Menor Golf Resort. This Centrally located Modern Villa is located very close to the Supermarket, Padel Courts & a short walk to all the Bars & Restaurants.
It is ideal for families, couples or golfers. There is Highspeed WIFI throughout & ample parking. The villa boasts a large swimming pool of 9x5 for lots of enjoyment in the sun!

The Villa
When entering the villa there is a modern open plan lounge leading through into the fully equipped kitchen & laundry area. There is a downstairs WC & shower room. The Glass Curtain Area can be enjoyed for dining and chilling out, this leads out to the fantastic garden with large 9x5 swimming pool. There is casual seating, dining table and chairs and sunbeds for guests to enjoy around the pool.
The main bedroom has ensuite with modern walk in shower. There are sliding doors leading out to the terrace with additional sofas and chill out area. Two more twin/double bedrooms & a family bathroom with modern walk in shower. The hallway has a door leading out on to the terrace area.
The villa has shaded private parking but also ample on street parking too. Less than 200m to the Resort's Supermarket and a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The property is close to the padel courts, gym, children's playground, Petanca, ping pong tables and mini golf.
