We have tried to make our home feel luxurious for you and easy to use! Your home from home, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher! There is free WiFi and Smart tvs. The views are fab whether you’re looking at the garden areas, the sea or the mountain! It’s frontline position means it’s a minute’s walk to the beach! The communal pool is lovely & safe for kids too! It’s a small community so it’s never overcrowded! We’re in a pretty residential area with good bus and tram connections to the local towns and cities! There are restaurants and beach bars a ten minute walk away and a small supermarket nearby! Air conditioning for those hot summer months! Safe parking if you’re driving to the villa! Wonderful for water sports, hiking and walking, golf and many other outdoor activities! 25 minutes drive to theme parks and water parks! Many interesting tourist sites such as the city of Alicante and Altea on the coast or the castles of Guadalest. The Canalobri caves too! And Benidorm is only 30 minutes drive away if you really can’t resist! Due to the new EU/Spanish regulations it is now a legal requirement that all guests should complete online guest registration before their arrival at our property you will receive an email from xxxxatsesadmindotnet with a unique guest registration link for your stay with us, so you are aware of it. Please make sure you check your Spam/Junk folders and mark not as spam/junk. Thank you in advance"
We’re boaters and found our wonderful villa when we sailed past and saw the houses from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea! We love living near the sea and hope you will too! We want to share our home with you as we cannot live there year round until we retire! So sharing is caring, we hope that you will have a fabulous holiday and this way our house is a home year round!!
It’s a residential area with two lovely beaches and a small marina, great public transport connections! The bus stop Is very close by and it’s only a short 10 minutes walk to the tram stop at Venta Lanuza where you can travel north to Denia and South to Alicante! There are many golf courses nearby too!
