Vila Suerte del Mar is located in La Mata, Torrevieja, 45 minutes (41 km) by car from Alicante Airport. The villa is located just 20 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, about 200 meters walk to Cala Del Moro beach, about 700 meters walk to the small sandy beach of Playa de Cabo Cervera, about 1 km walking distance to the large beach of Playa de Cabo Cervera, right next to an alley full of various restaurants and cafes. The villa was reconstructed in 2024. Up to 6 people can rest in the villa at the same time. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a dining room and a separate kitchen with all the necessary household appliances (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and other necessary equipment). You will also find a washing machine and a dryer in the villa. Wi-Fi internet is available in the territory of the villa. In the morning or evening after sun therapy or a walk, you can relax in the patio with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
