The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine. This beautiful property has underfloor heating/cooling through an aerothermal system (ecological), which allows to keep the house at an ideal temperature all over the time, as it can radiate heat in winter and coolness in summer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of the villa is its well-equipped private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace and a barbecue. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and 3 parking spaces are available in a garage.
