Modern villa on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea with unforgettable sunsets and views of the Bay of Cullera will be glad to meet you!
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, 2 terraces overlooking the sea, designer interior, common area with swimming pool, sauna, beautiful walking routes with panoramic views 360 and, of course, 11 beaches of the amazing city of Cullera!
The villa is divided into two levels with a total area of 270m2.
On the upper level there is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessities, salon with sofa bed, bathroom, and a terrace with an unforgettable views on sea and mountains.
Salon is als equipped with air conditioning, a large LCD TV, sound system, a comfortable working place, a round dining table and a wood burning fireplace.
On the second level there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and a second terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in closet, safe, its own bathroom and direct access to the second terrace.
The other two bedrooms also have double beds with comfortable mattresses and built-in closets. There is also a washroom with shower on the level.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, adjustable ceiling fan, heavy blackout curtains and window shutters.
The terrace on this level is accessible from the hallway or master bedroom. The terrace is large and has a grill, summer sitting and dining area with stunning mountain views.
There are also availible in common zone of urbanization 2 swimming pools (for children and adults), relaxation area, sauna, ping-pong and jacuzzi.
It is a fantastic place to spend vacations next to the sea, mountains and perfect views.
We do not admit in any way group parties with more than 6 people in the house.
At the entrance to the house, apart from a welcome gift, you will receive instructions and tips about the area and we take a look of the house with a short summary of the entrance. At the beginning of the rental period you leave a deposit of 300 euros to be returned at the end of the rental period.
You also have to respect the rules of the community Villas Mediterraneas with time of rest between 1.00 and until 9.00.
