Designed on a single level, this minimalist luxury villa combines natural stone and wood with elegant Ibizan-style interiors for optimal accessibility and timeless charm. It sits on a 1,385 m² plot with a built area of 450 m². A rose-lined garden leads to the entrance, where panoramic sea views create an immediate sense of tranquility.
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite includes both a bathtub and a shower, while the other bathrooms are fitted with rain showers. All bedrooms open directly to the outdoors, seamlessly connecting with the garden, lounge area, and pool.
