Located 1 km away from San Rafael, in a peaceful and natural environment, a very welcoming atmosphere, perfect to relax, very well communicated, 10 minutes away from Ibiza, San Antonio and plenty of beaches. 385 m2 built in 3 parts 12 people maximum. MAIN HOUSE 6 double rooms Fine linens and towels with spare sets 3 fully equipped bathrooms TV room: comfortable sofa, TV, DVD, very comfortable table for 8 people, digital terrestrial TV, international channels SUITE A spectacular 75m2 room with a fully equipped bathroom, separate living area with sofas, DVD TV and minibar EXTERIOR The entire area is fenced. Extensive garden terraces, terrace with a table and barbecue, swimming pool and parking spaces for 8 cars. Is a house that is in a fenced enclosure, but have neighbors around and you have to respect the hours of rest, is prohibited private parties without obtaining the appropriate license from the City of San Antonio. Thank You
Ibiza and Formentera have the best beaches of the Mediterranean, where you can make countless nautical activities, hiking and nature activities, with great restaurants and international cuisine, but if your intention is to enjoy Ibiza's night ... you have at hand the best clubs in the world (Pacha, Space, Amnesia, Privilege, Ushuaia, Lio ... and a long list of fashionable places to enjoy great entertainment.
