The fine print
Please note key collection takes place at: 12 Gonzalo Ortolá Street Ondara During winter (October - May), key collection takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. During the summer months (June - September), key collection takes place between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, and from 16.00 until 20.00 on Saturdays. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Villas Benicadims in advance. Check-out takes place before 10.00 in the same office. Please note bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Apartments are cleaned upon departure.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
