Property information

Located in the area of Villamartin/Los Dolces, close to La Zenia this Semi Detached villa is suitably furnished with private patio. Bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are all within 5-10 mins walk. A beautiful Blue Flag beach, water park and a go-kart circuit are a 10 mins drive. The complex itself has a shared outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a Sauna. Popular with families of all ages, couples and especially golfers as Villamartin Golf club is just around the corner.

Neighbourhood information

Ideally situated on the Orihuela you are close to Villamartin, Los Dolces, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia where you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday including the new Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping and entertainment center on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and some well renowned Irish bars. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the property for your convenience. Torrevieja is a 15 drive and has a water Park, cinema and bowling at the Habaneras shopping complex. Go-karting is also available in Playa Flamenca. There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, you are within 10 minutes’ drive to the fabulous La Zenia beach where water sports are available during the summer months. The location of this property means that car hire although not essential is very much recommended if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer.
