My name is Carlos, I became an owner in 2002 and I am completely in love with my home island Gran Canaria, a fantastic place under the sun , surrounded by countless beaches, charming villages and that boasts tradition. 19 years ago all started as a hobby to me, I made an investment and soon enough my friends decided to do so as well and trusted me to help them rent their houses, now, in 2021, I manage over 200 properties all around the island with the help of a qualified team of 15 people. This holiday accommodation is located in the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist area of Maspalomas and Meloneras. This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: the master bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the second bedroom, on the upper floor, has two single beds with another bathroom en suite with shower and direct access to the upper solarium with hammocks. The interior of the Vista Golf 20 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave... Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a rest area located next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (with a supplement), in addition to a jacuzzi that can be activated (with supplement), comfortable hammocks for sunbathing a built in barbecue and beautiful views of the golf course.
