Vista Roses Mar is a small family real estate agency where we manage flats and houses with the intention of offering a comfortable and professional service to all our clients so that they can enjoy their holidays on the Costa Brava.

Property information

We have a spacious, bright flat with communal swimming pool open from June to September. It has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a sofa bed in the dining room for another two people. There is also a bathroom, a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a terrace. The flat is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kitchen utensils. - If you are travelling with small children, a cot, high chair and bathtub are available (please ask in advance). - If you are travelling with a dog, they are welcome in all our accommodations at no extra cost.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in a quiet area with plenty of free external parking. The beach is situated at 1,5 km, the supermarkets Mercadona-Lidl - Carrefour at 1 km and the centre of Roses at 3,8 km. It is very well communicated for visits to the surrounding villages such as Cadaqués, Empuriabrava, Castelló d'Empúries, Peralada, etc.
