Welcome to the apartment in Benalmádena Costa! It is perfect for a holiday by the sea. Just steps away from the beach, Puerto Marina and the promenade, it is located in a private residential complex and offers a master bedroom with a double bed and sea views, a second bedroom with two single beds, a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Recently renovated, it has a terrace with sea views, a swimming pool, garden, bus stop and private parking. Located near restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. IMPORTANT!!! We would like to inform you that improvement works have begun on the façade of the building. This is an extraordinary decision made by the residents' association. However, we would like to reassure you that the work does not directly affect the apartment: you will have the same views, full access to the terrace and you will be able to relax without any problems. In addition, the work is carried out during limited hours and does not take place at weekends. We thank you in advance for your understanding and are at your disposal for any queries you may have.
