NOTICE, WORKS ARE BEING CONDUCTED ON THE STREET IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2024 Beautiful and central apartment located on the second line of the beach in the most central area of ​​Arguineguin, just 3 minutes walk from Las Marañuelas beach. Fantastic newly renovated apartment with sofa bed, kitchen, microwave, etc... Nearby areas: supermarket, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bus stop, taxi, gas station, etc...
