Water Front Villa Shalom is located in Binibeca Vell on the Spanish island of Menorca. This detached vacation rental property sleeps up to 6 people. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The villa is built in traditional local stone and is set over 1 floor. There is a sun terrace with swimming pool at the front. There are 3 bedroom (1 double, 2 twins), 2 stylish bathrooms, an airy living room and a kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. An extra laundry room with additional shower and toilet is available outside (access from the outside). As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
