Property information

The living room with sliding doors gives access the balcony with stunning sea view. There is a smart TV and the kitchen has a full size fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and a microwave as well as other extras such as a kettle, electric juicer, toaster etc. It is fully equipped for your (longer) stay! The bedroom has two single beds and an extremely spacious fitted wardrobe. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine makes it all just perfect. Fibre optic internet included, ideal for work - away - from - home. Less than 40 minutes drive from the Capital of Las Palmas if you wish to escape from the busy city OR to enjoy city -life after a great stay at the beach. .

Neighbourhood information

San Agustin beach is a city beach of more than 600 meters in length. With calm waters and little current, the waves are calm enough to have fun jumping in the waves with the little ones in the surf. On the long boulevard, which connects to the tourist center of Playa del Inglès to the south, there are several terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The beach also has sunbed and umbrella rental, lifeguards, showers, free parking and connection to the Maspalomas public transport network. The town itself hosts many bars and restaurants.
