The agroturismo has 2 units, perfect for 2 guests, sharing the 10 x 5 metres sized pool with a maximum depth of 1.6 metres, the barbecue, the ample terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a shallow area of 30 cm with a size of 2 x 5 metres, perfect for kids. The apartment has its own furnished terrace where you can enjoy a summer dinner. Each unit has a terrace that gives access to the living-dining area with sofa, air conditioning (hot/cold) and a TV with satellite channels. The open kitchen with dining corner is well-equipped, including a vitro ceramic hob. You can rest in the bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot, a mini-cot and a high chair. The shared laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and an iron/ironing board. Cal Tio offers an optional breakfast to our guests. For more information, please ask on site.

Costitx is a rural area in the centre or Mallorca, a nice destination for families or couples seeking tranquility. Every Wednesday, you can go to Sineu and buy fresh fruits and vegetables on the market. The cities of Inca and Manacor provide you with many shops, supermarkets and gas stations. If the beach is what you’re searching for you can go to the north coast and explore sand beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. A car is necessary.
