I am a reliable clever social extrovert man. I am excited to meet travelers from Finland and abroad and welcome them to my apartment. I could not live without my car, my own house, my best friends, freedom to express my own thoughts and ability to move. My favorite travel place has been Egypt. My favorite novel is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas the elder. My favorite movie is Crocodile Dundee. I am interested in the news and sports. I like the British pop music from the 80s and the Dire Straits. I like chicken food any kind and prefer rice. I am pretty straight with the people coming to stay in the apartment I am offering. I am willing to go out with the people who are staying in the apartment if they want that and I am free. I am willing to show around the beautiful city of Rauma, if you want. So far I have only stayed in hotels when travelling abroad... But who knows... ;-) My motto is: "The man in need is a slave indeed." I am willing to tell hints and suggestions for good places in Rauma or Rauma surroundings if you ask me. I can show around Rauma only if I happen to have time.

The apartment is very cozy, without indoor interference and easy to live near SAMK, RMC, OKL and city centre. The kitchen has the dining tables and space for 4. It is easy to clean carpet as it is plastic. When entering the apartment you will see much light coming from Satamakatu direction. The living room is handy and convenient having TV, sofa 2 arm chairs, one bed and a working desk in it. There is also a movable cooler. From the living room you can enter right end to the glass balcony where you can see Satamakatu and the nearby block of flts nearby. It is a nice place to spend evenings especially in summer and autumn. The bedroom has two separated single beds and a working desk. Therea are large wardrobes for your clothes and stuff. Kithene is equipped for 4 persons. There is a an electric stove, fridge with on top medium size freezer, all the kitchen appliances (if something missing I provide). From the kitchen window you get much light and it is facing the other apartment house built at the same period as this apartment. There are pretty much space for your foods also in the closets in the kitchen. In the hall theere are a cleaning closet, and 2 more vertical closets for stuff. Then there is a horizontal closet on the ceiling to put something long term preserve. The stand for everyday outdoor clothes is on left. You can enter the toilet/shower room frm the hall. That is totally renovated 2009 in light blue colour. There is also a washing machine which you can use (remember to switch off the water and take away the electricity plug after every time you use) There is a shower wall in the shower. Schools nearby, Myllymäki teachers' training university hill and Kapteeninhuone restaurant nearby... very short walking distance to lively Rauma and Old City. Near to SAMK locations and RMC shipyard. In Rauma in this place you do not need a bus. The nearest bus stops are in front of Kalliohovi restaurant. Walking and bicycles are the best way to go around Rauma. Parking after December 1st 2022 in the frontyard of the apartment house is only allowed with a parking permission which you get when you acccommodate in the apartment. It is on the working desk and please remember to return it there after your visit. If you are convenient parking along the street, you can park to Satamakatu with no parking disk limits.
