Talo sijaitsee rauhallisella omakotialueella. Lukittavia majoitushuoneita on kaksi ja niillä on yhteinen WC ja keittotila majoitushuoneiden läheisyydessä, suihku sisääntuloaulassa. Avaimet saa avainboxista. Huoneet sopivat hyvin yöpymiseen. Kesäaikana on grillausmahdollisuus pihassa. Liikkuminen on vapaata. Toisesta majoitushuoneesta voi kuulua ääniä majoittumisen aikana.
Olen tarjonnut majapaikkaa yhden tai useamman yön majoittujille ja vuokralaisille jo pitkään. Asiakkaat tulevat ympäri maailman. Toimin henkilöstöpäällikkönä noin 3500 henkilön organisaatiossa. Harrastan mm. uintia ja ompelua.
Riihimäellä sijaitsee tutustumisen arvoiset Suomen lasi- ja metsästysmuseot. Sisäuimala on avattu kylpylämäisen remontin jälkeen ja kesällä ulkouimala 50 m altaineen tarjoaa virkistystä edulliseen hintaan. Uimala sijaitsee noin 2,5 m:n päässä kohteesta. Lähimpään kauppaan on noin 900 m, Prismakeskus liikkeineen on 1,5 km päässä.
