Apartment is located in the heart of Ruka. The apartment is 100 meters from the Ruka ski slopes, restaurants and services. The apartment is suitable for 6 people, 47+10m2, 1 bedroom, full-height loft with two separate beds, sofa bed in the living room. There are proper stairs to the loft. The apartment has a shower, sauna, drying cabinet and washing machine. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was renewed in 7/2025. Blankets and pillows were renewed. Equipment: television in the living room and in the loft, wireless internet connection, radio. The apartment includes a cold garage with a heating place for a car or, for example, a snowmobile. The location is in a quiet place, the windows open up to views of the beautiful landscapes of Ruka. The apartment is located on the park area side, upstairs. The apartment has only one neighbor on the wall and its own separate entrance. The apartment is not accessible. The outdoor storage room next to the apartment has plenty of space for skis and other equipment. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is added to the price.
