I have a passion for golf and enjoy exploring the beautiful landscapes Finland has to offer. I’m excited to share my cozy space with you and ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay. A bright, semi-detached 2-floor home 2 min from University/new Nokia campus. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, sauna, shower, WC Separate guest room/home office with WC 2 parking spaces. A fireplace adds ambiance and warmth, and an air-source heat pump provides cooling as needed. Glazed balconies on both floors add space and light. Residents have access to a communal barbecue area, private jetty, and a row boat. Apartment will be fully furnished by Aug 5/2024.
