Welcome to our bright and stylish 49.5 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on historic Satamakatu in the peaceful yet central Kaakinmaa district. Just a short walk from Tampere’s city center, Laukontori market square, and the scenic Pyynikki Ridge, the location combines nature, culture, and convenience. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a separate bedroom, spacious living area, and sleeping arrangements to suit families, groups, or business travelers.

Kaakinmaa’s streets reflect Tampere’s rich industrial past. Just around the corner, the historic Pyynikki Trikoo Factory, founded in 1903 by Alfred Kordelin, was once one of Finland’s most prominent knitwear manufacturers. It was especially known for the Atlas brand and the popular Revontuli clothing line. Today, the former factory area has been beautifully renovated into a vibrant hub of cafés, loft apartments, and creative spaces—preserving its original red-brick charm and industrial heritage.
