Family-Friendly Apartment Near City Center This fantastic apartment is perfect for families, with an ideal location in the peaceful city center of Helsinki. It's just a 10-minute walk from the central Stockmann department store on one side and the beautiful Kaivopuisto Sea Beach in Central Park on the other. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. PLEASE NOTE: From June to mid-July, the building will undergo facade maintenance, which may result in the apartment WINDOWS being covered. Despite this, the apartment is well-equipped with 2 fans, an openable window, and ample lighting. There will be no dust entering the apartment, ensuring a peaceful stay. Due to the inconvenience of covered windows, we have already reduced the standard prices by almost 40%.
Do not hesitate to ask me if something is needed
Located in Design District area apartment offers great access to the city beach, central park, main department store Stockmann and bus station within 1 km. Number of great restaurants, cafes and boutigues are just nextdoor. Tram station number 1 and 3 are within 400 m, bus station number 14 is in 30 m. Closed subway is Kamppi and located in 900m. Central Railwaystation in 1,3 km. There is a street parking near the house and closed undeground parking is in 700m.
