Welcome to The Aurora Nest, a cozy loft-style cabin (42 m² + 20 m²) in peaceful Luttorinne, Saariselkä. Ideal for 1–6 guests, it’s surrounded by Lapland’s enchanting fells and only 100 m from illuminated ski trails, with the national park’s hiking and cycling routes just steps away. The location is tranquil yet close to services, making it a perfect spot to enjoy skiing, trekking, or simply watching the northern lights far from village lights. The cabin works best for 4 guests, but with children it comfortably accommodates up to 6. The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, while the loft offers two more single beds (can be combined) and a 120 cm bed. Inside you’ll find a sauna and shower, separate WC, a renovated kitchenette, and a living area with a fireplace for cozy evenings. The Aurora Nest is well equipped with proper stairs to the loft, Wi-Fi, Chromecast, two TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ironing equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Recycling is encouraged with provided bins and instructions. The storage includes six sleds, a kick sled, two basic bicycles, and a ski waxing stand with iron. The large yard offers several parking spaces with one engine heating outlet. Please note: caravan/camper parking and EV charging are not allowed due to housing rules. The airport bus stops just 500 m away, making transfers easy. Pets are welcome but not allowed in sleeping areas; a stair gate helps keep the loft pet-free. Included in the price: final cleaning, bed linen in ready-made beds, and towels. The Aurora Nest offers a comfortable and practical base for exploring Saariselkä’s pristine nature year-round — whether skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing under Lapland’s magical skies.
