Located in the heart of the Tranche-sur-Mer, less than 400 m from the beach, this fully renovated 55 m² House welcomes you this summer. Equipped with 2 bedrooms with beds of 160, 1 bathroom a large shower, 2 wooden terraces (1 in the extension of the stay in the south and the other in the north adjacent in the room), 1 kitchen equipped with all the utensils, all fully equipped with nine as well as 2 pl Parking Aces on fully enclosed ground. Possibility to receive 4/5 people with the sofa offering 1 additional bedding. Samsung tablet, WiFi, 123 cm flat screen, books, large cupboard, tourist leaflets await you at the lounge, as well as a barbecue on the terrace, bicycles, a washing machine and a dishwasher to enhance and facilitate your stay. The supermarket is 3 mins away and the mouth shops within 200 m walk.
