Located 10 minutes from the bustling, Medieval town of Uzes, my property offers the best of both worlds: Town and Country. The picturesque town of Uzes offers cuisine, shopping, and culture to rival any in France. Resembling a mini-Paris. 100+ Restaurants/Cafés; a 9 hole Golf Course, Horseback Riding, Festivals; Concerts; fantastic Boutiques for clothes, ceramics, antiques; the Saturday Market; Haribo Candy Museum, Bouscarasse Water Park for families. My property is a French country oasis, where you can sample french cuisine and exceptional wine from local vineyards, enjoy family games, and swimming in privacy. The alarmed, private pool, 10’ x 16’, is unique for the region with a shallow end of 3’ sloping down to 6’. Pool and terrace lighting insure that activities can extend from day well into the night. Grassy 'play ground’ is designed for badminton, croquet, boules, or other provided family games, and there is a village tennis court within walking distance! The Kitchen has stainless Bosch appliances. My property was restored by an international designer, combining both antique and modern touches to create a holiday home with both modern comfort and French country charm.
I'm an American, who has spent much of my life traveling for business and pleasure. New York City is my permeant home, but for the past 14 years, I have owned properties in France, so I've been fortunate enough to split my time between both countries. I also lived in London for 11 years as a post graduate student and then as head of international film production/acquisitions for MGM/United Artists. Most of my career has been in the film industry, producing a number of films and working for cable and film companies. I was also CEO of an international non-profit: Sister Cities International. I absolutely love both contrasting parts of my life: a 24/7 exciting city life and life in the French countryside. My French property is a little bit of heaven...
