A charming apartment located on the famous Promenade des Anglais in a beautiful bourgeois stone building, fully equipped and very cozy for a pleasant stay by the sea on the Promenade des Anglais, with direct access to the beach.
Fernando and his team is glad to welcome you in Nice We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.
The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Carras or FERBER stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes. Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc) Take the tram for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice. Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Carras. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment. Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 25 minutes away with the tram on the Harbor. Train station « Nice Saint Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. You can come in Nice by car and park in our private parking only 200 m away from the apartment.
