Well decorated 2-bedroom apartment, accommodates maximum of 6 people, although 4 people would be more comfortable, with beautiful views over the mountains. Located just off the Route Des Grande Alpes, in a family-friendly, quiet and relaxing area near to the "Portes du Soleil" ski area, one of the largest ski areas in the world. Apartment is on the 1st floor, lift access, it is directly opposite the lift door. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, leading to the smaller of the two bedrooms with a double sofa bed, and the electricity cupboard and storage facilities. Separate shower room and WC A living area with fully fitted kitchenette and a double sofa bed, TV and WiFi Kitchen island with bar stools for extra seating. Main bedroom is located off the living area with double bed with bedside cabinets and lights, small vanity unit and fitted wardrobes. There is a balcony accessed from the lounge which stretches across the length of the lounge and bedroom, south facing and great to catch those sun rays!!! There is also a dedicated ski locker located in the basement where you can store your skis. Amenities Wi-Fi, enabling remote workstation access, Smart TV, Induction hob and fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, raclette. All crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. Hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Whilst the apartment does not have a specific parking space there are a few free spaces down the hill past the garages and opposite the covered parking areas where you can park your car. If it's not too full by the apartment block you can park in any space, but please leave a note in your windscreen with your contact number so if the owner does arrive and needs their space they can call and ask you to move. PLEASE NOTE ⚠️ Whilst we supply necessary duvets, pillows and throws, bed linens and towels are not included in the rental, you will need to bring your own.,

We have owned the property for a year since July 2024. We have been renting it for the last 6 months. We hope that our guests love it as much as we do. We love France and the mountains and try to get over from the UK as much as we can but are happy to share the beauty with others by renting it out whilst we are not there. We both love skiing, Mike more so than me. I like the idea of it but i prefer the social side of it. In the summer the weather is beautiful and is ideal for exploring all the wonderful places nearby. We have a concierge on site to take care of things for us, he advises us of any necessary cleans or repairs to be carried out post rental. If he does need to carry out extra deep cleaning above that for which you pay, for any reason, he will advise us and we will arrange for an invoice for up to Euro50 if necessary.

Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chatel, Abondance, Montriond to name but a few of the nearby resorts all being within a 30-minute drive (you will need a car). All with great places to eat. St Jean D’Aulps, the nearest ski station, is about a 10/15 minute drive away, which will whisk you off to 50km of marked and secured slopes, with shuttle access to the rest of the Portes du Soleil. It's great for beginners and less confident skiers. In the summer the whole area becomes a haven for mountain bikers, hikers and walkers. The resorts are geared towards mountain activities where you can hire the necessary equipment, including paragliding for the fearless!. The River Dranse is popular with those even more adventurous, with white water rafting. Lac de Montriond is a must visit, so beautiful, as is Thonon, Evian and Yvoire, (a medieval village), where you can promenade along the shores of Lac Leman for a more genteel day. A little further afield will take you to St Gervais les Bains where you can access the Mont Blanc Railway this will take you part way up the mountain with the most spectacular views of the Mont Blanc summit and glaciers, weather permitting. You can also travel on to Chamonix, where you will have access to the Aguille de Midi which takes you up to within 1000m of the summit of Mont Blanc, and off course the Mont Blanc tunnel will take you though to Italy. In the other direction there is of course, Geneva!!
