Au-delà de 18h00 nous déposerons vos clefs dans un coffre sécurisé vous permettant d'arriver à l'heure qui vous convient. Un message vous sera envoyé dans l'après-midi du jour de votre arrivée afin de vous expliquer le processus de réception de celles-ci. Par ailleurs, si votre arrivée est prévu après la fermeture de l'agence nous ne serons plus disponibles pour répondre à vos demandes. ## Other things to note DRAPS/SERVIETTES ne sont pas inclus dans votre réservation, nous vous proposons ce supplément au prix de 25 euros pour un lit double et 15 euros pour un lit simple.
