Villa of 180 m² with private pool composed of 3 bedrooms for 6 comfortable beds (2 beds in 160 cm and 2 beds in 120 cm), a living room, a dining room, a large separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and terraces and balconies with a clear view of the hills of Trap and Razès up to the Pyrenees. 20 minutes from Carcassonne, Castelnaudary and Limoux. One hour from the Mediterranean Sea, Cathar castles, Toulouse, Andorra and ski resorts. For lovers of cycling, a green lane (former railway) has just been opened between the Canal du Midi from Bram to the Cathar Castle of Montsegur; 90 km of bike path that passes at the foot of the house. Our region is not lacking in assets, come and enjoy it.
During your stay in this large villa with private pool, you can discover our beautiful region between Pyrenees, Mediterranean and Cathar Country. We offer 6 comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms, living room and separate kitchen. The view from the shaded terraces or by the pool will allow you to relax in peace a few hundred meters from a village with all amenities. Welcome to Montreal!
