The apartment is situated in the residence Le Clos des Gentianes high up in the mountains. The residence offers immediate access to the ski slope (in Summer made accessible with lifts for mountain bikers and features down hill fun area) and a number of hiking trails (starting right next to the property). There is also a take off/launch point for paragliding right next to the property. There is a seasonal swimming pool at the residence offered free of charged to the guests. Apartment is composed of 2 fully autonomous rooms - each with separate bathroom and toilet as well as kitchen/kitchenette. One room is furnished as a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, microwave, fridge, stove with oven and dining area for 8 persons. Living room has access to the balcony. There is also a sofa bed in the living room suitable for 2 adults. The second room is furnished as a separate bedroom suitable to accommodate up to 7 people. Bedroom has access to the balcony. It has a separate bathroom, toilet and also a little kitchenette in separate room with a stove top, fridge and little electric oven. In total, there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, each is equipped with WC, douche and sink. Please bring your own towels, bed linen and hygienic items. We don’t provide these at the property.

The residence is situated high up in the mountains and is about 13 km from the thermal town Allevard. The residence offers direct access to the ski slope, number of hiking trails where you can enjoy berry picking, trails for mountain biking, point for paragliding is located just 100 m from the résidence. In addition you can enjoy facilities offered by the residence free of charge, such as seasonal swimming pool, table tennis, small library and selection of DVDs.
