Less than 90' drive from Paris and 60' from CDG Airport, this lovely 1500 sqft house has a very calming and happy feel, in the middle of the countryside. This 2 story recently renovated house, features a romantic and bright flowery garden. It's located close to the Champagne wine region, the American cemetery of Belleau and the historical cities of Reims, Soissons and Château-Thierry. You will also have the opportunity to walk in woods/fields, play golf, horseride, enjoy countryside markets, etc. On the 1st floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, decorated with originality, with windows overlooking the flowers of a peaceful garden, a shower room separated from the rooms including the WC. Foldable cot for baby on request. 1 foldable sleeper chair is available for extra guest in Bedroom 2 On the ground floor, a large living room with two very comfortable sofas, a large screen TV with DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, dryer) , etc.) and a separate toilet. Board games for small and / or big, a PS3, a stereo, books, comics. WIFI offered. Outside are 1 ping-pong table, 1 badminton
