MyJolieParisHome is a Superb spacious apartment of 60m² (646 sq ft) with a modern and warm style offering a double living room with 2 sofa beds, balcony and 1 bedroom with king size bed. The apartment enjoys a double exposure in a very pleasant neighborhood with restaurants and local shops, in the 15th arrondissement, 3 minutes from the metro and 30 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The main tourist sites of Paris are very easily accessible from the apartment. It is located on a high floor with elevator in a secure residence with CCTV, 2 guards and intercom.
I do my best to satisfy the travelers I welcome in my very well-equipped apartment which is my main residence where I live with my little boy, during the periods when I am not at home.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from a typical parisian street offering a pleasant neighborhood to live in with supermarket, local food shops, market and restaurants. 1 free parking space in the residence. Important: A security deposit is required before entering the apartment. This deposit will be provided in the form of a credit card imprint. This deposit will not be charged unless the apartment is returned in acceptable condition.
