The Lauraret residence is located 50m from the Fréjus gondola and ski schools and 200m from the Pré Long shopping center. This cozy-looking studio has a living room with a 140 BZ sofa bed for two people and television, a kitchen area and a shower room with WC. Possibility to park your vehicle in the parking lot outside the residence. The advantages of this charming studio: In summer, you can relax in the swimming pool of the residence.
