T2 apartment ideally located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift near the ski slopes and shops. This spacious accommodation with an area of ??40m², offers you a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains. The living room includes a sofa bed for two people and a television. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, microwave, mini oven, large fridge / freezer, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. You will find a closed alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a storage cupboard and a wardrobe. The bathroom and the WC are separate. Ski locker. The property is located in a real estate complex called "L'Esplanade du Valentin," consisting of various buildings containing residential units, commercial premises, and an underground parking lot with a platform above it. This complex has been subject to special surveillance in recent years due to structural defects. As such, access to the parking lot and the platform is prohibited. However, following conservation work and ongoing surveillance measures, the rest of the building complex remains accessible, occupiable, and usable, and regular inspection office notifications ensure the safety of the building's occupants.
