Bel appartement T2 climatisé en plein centre de l'Île Rousse, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et de la célèbre place Paoli. Grande terrasse pour 4 personnes, avec vue sur les toits de la vieille ville et les montagnes au loin. Vous serez séduit par le calme de l'appartement et l' absence de vis à vis, tout en étant à 2 pas de l'hyper centre et de tous commerces. WIFI & Parking privé au pied de l'appartement. Séjour idéal pour des vacances sans utiliser votre véhicule. Supermarché à 2 min.
