The parking height is 1.80 metres maximum.

Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and a photo identification will be requested on arrival. The name on the credit card and photo identification must match the guest's name. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.

End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 4 nights. A cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost. A weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 8 nights or more and includes a change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 5 to 7 nights, a cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost.

Due to renovation work on the ground floor, our Strasbourg property will offer breakfast in a “take-away” format between September 30th and October 6th, 2025.
