L'apparte takes you to the heart of Bourg-Achard, the ideal base for discovering Normandy, Rouen and all its nooks and crannies!
This 43m2 ground-floor flat, completely refurbished in October 2024, offers a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room.
The living room has a sofa and large-screen smart TV. Internet access is available throughout.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, mini-microwave combi oven and small fridge/freezer.
In the bedroom, enjoy the bed and its storage space. The shower room is modern and functional.
Enjoy this cosy and functional apartment, completely refurbished, located in the heart of the town and within walking distance of all the shops.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## The neighborhood
Bourg-Achard is a small French commune in the department of Eure, in the Normandy region.
Nestling in the Roumois region, this charming town enjoys a rural setting yet is close to major transport links, notably the A13 motorway, which connects Paris to the Normandy coast.
