## The space The Bella Vista modern flat is located on the 7th floor of a quiet residence with lift. The flat consists of : - Large living room with fully equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking and sharing delicious meals) Living room with 2-seater sofa bed, television and wifi access -Beautiful terrace with dining table, sun loungers and view of the Port of Carnon (ideal for sipping a cocktail while admiring the view) -New bathroom, completely refurbished in April 2023 with shower, washbasin and toilet -Cabin area with double bed and sliding door -Storage cupboard (so you can finally put your suitcases down and enjoy your holidays) ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction CBC Home Concierge is available to answer your questions. ## Other things to note Linen is provided (sheets, towels etc...) It is included in the price of the housework. Free parking at the bottom of the building from 1 November to 31 March.

## The neighborhood The flat is located on the Port de Carnon. It is a seaside resort located in the commune of Carnon Plage /Mauguio. All shops are available at the bottom of the building (market gardener, fishmonger, butcher, baker, etc.). You are 2 minutes' walk from the Port of Carnon, with its restaurants, bars and shops, and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. ## Getting around There is paid parking close to the accommodation. You can walk to the beach (5 min) or the port (2 min).
