Spacious apartment of 40m² with bedroom, whirlpool bath and private terrace located in the heart of the picturesque town of Saint Nectaire. The apartment is located in one of the most atypical residences of 1890, former tourist hotel La Résidence du Parc.
Family with two great boys of 7 and 3 years old, on regular city breaks, interested in terroir, gastronomy, mountains, rurality, motorcycles, enduros, hiking, good living!
Easy access to the casino, to the thermal and ludic area, to the local shops (supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, press...). Departures of hike at the foot of the residence, 4x4, playground for children, sports grounds: basketball, mountain bike, accrobranche, via ferrata. To visit: Cheese cellar, Caves of Cornadore, Petrifying fountains, 4X4 - Quad-Buggy Less than ten minutes away: Sancy, Mont-Dore, Super-Besse, 25 minutes from the A75 motorway to Montpellier and Paris.
