Welcome to our completely renovated apartment located 5 minutes from the Lapeyronnie University Hospital and the Lunaret Zoological Park, 15 minutes from the city center, 20 minutes from the beaches. In a quiet environment surrounded by greenery. You can enjoy its sunny terrace for your breakfasts. Whether you are here for work or for pleasure, our apartment is the perfect choice for your stay.
Quiet and shaded area. Ideal for a relaxing stay. You will find everything nearby, tourist sites, bars, restaurants, mini-markets, etc. You will be 5 minutes from the Lunaret Zoological Park. Free spaces are available in the residence's private car park. Accessible by car and by bus (shuttle 13 / line 23 and 26). Tram connections to the whole city. 7 km from St-Roch train station 10 km from the Montpellier Sud de France train station 15 minutes by car from the airport
