Located in the Val d'Argent, in Liepvre in central Alsace, within the Parc des Ballons, our house, called the Kesbel, is a characterful mansion built in 1924 and whose interior was renovated in 2022 and the exterior is currently being renovated and improved. It enjoys a beautiful view of the Vosges mountains. Two outdoor spaces are available: a relaxation area equipped with a double hammock and four lounge chairs at the top of our hill, "Le Kesbel," and a flat area with a bench and two lounge chairs, ideal for an outdoor aperitif. The accommodation consists of a four-room apartment for four people with two bedrooms and a studio for two people, rented separately. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm motorized double bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm double bed, a separate living room with a sofa and a 27-inch television, and a bathroom with a shower area and two sinks on a recently renovated wooden workbench. It also features a separate toilet with a washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that can accommodate six people, making it easy to rent both the studio and the apartment for dining together. A small south-facing balcony is also available. Regarding the studio, it is composed of a sleeping area with two single beds of 90*190 cm, a kitchenette equipped with a combined microwave oven for heating dishes and a refrigerator. A small dining area (folding table and two chairs) as well as a sofa complete this kitchen area. The sanitary facilities consist of a bathroom with an Italian shower and a sink as well as a separate toilet.
