New 50m2 apartment, 2nd floor with lift, located in the heart of the old town. Offering a very sunny 30 m2 terrace with clear sea / hills view Reversible air conditioning provides well-being throughout the apartment. The modern and refined decoration, made with taste. A spacious bathroom, with a shower cabin and a sink. A fully equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, "nespresso" coffee machine) will allow you to prepare delicious meals, with fresh products purchased from local producers. Bedroom: King Size Bed * The room is equipped with a television Living room: sofa bed 140 * 200 The living room can also accommodate two additional people, thanks to its convertible sofa for 2 beds.
