Old building in downtown Chateaubriant , it was completely renovated there is approximatively 5 years. The building has two floors : one apartment on each floor of about 35 m² and a commercial ground floor handbags and jewelry.
We live in a small town, next to Nantes in the north, and to 30 minutes of the appartment. So we can be easily present if there is a problem in the appartment.
The appartment is situated in the shopping street of downtown Chateaubriant , near of the beautiful castle . The street is mostly pedestrian , allowing to enjoy a nice area to live. Shops, bars and bakeries is a few steps from the appartment. It's great for breakfast, lunch and diner.
