This newly renovated charming 24m2 studio located on the first floor is equipped for all your needs. The studio has a large comfortable sofa, TV with Chromecast and Bluetooth speaker. The sleeping area has a generous 160cm x 200cm bed and wardrobe area with plenty of storage. There is a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Dine at the breakfast bar. The Bathroom offers a shower, WC and washing machine. Take an aperitif on your private balcony complete with canopy. There is also Fibre optic Wi-Fi. There is no smoking or vaping in the apartment. This includes the balcony.
Set in the centre of town, the house is located opposite the Église Saint Vincent and beside the local Tearoom. Set between Place des arcades and rue des Déportés with all their bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the listed Pont Roman and the River Eygues . The weekly Market is held every Thursday throughout the year (and also on a Sunday from May to September). Try the Nyons Olives!
